About Us
CreativeSpaces Consulting helps families, friends, and communities transform the idea of living together differently into a thoughtful, actionable plan.
We specialize in the planning and coordination of family compounds, multigenerational properties, shared land, multi-residence communities, and creative multi-use properties designed around connection, independence, sustainability, and long-term growth.
For some, that means creating a family compound where grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren can live in separate residences while sharing land, resources, and everyday life.
For others, it means purchasing property with friends or chosen family and creating private homes alongside shared gardens, gathering spaces, workshops, or recreational areas.
And for others, it means reimagining an existing property—adding ADUs, creating multiple residences, or exploring ways a property could support living, working, gathering, growing, and creating.
There is no single way to build community.
Our job is to help you define what yours could look like and create the roadmap for getting it off the ground.

At a time when housing costs, caregiving responsibilities, isolation, and the demands of everyday life continue to challenge individuals and families, we believe there is value in reconsidering the idea that everyone has to build a life separately.
